instructions for projector set up and operations are included with
every rental. We have also enclosed all the materials needed for the
repackaging and return of the rental to ClarkPowell. In the event
you have questions not covered in these instructions, or experience

How do I place a rental order?

We accept most major credit cards. Open accounts available upon
credit approval.

Do you accept company purchase orders?

Yes, to apply for an account just fill out the
online application.

My presentation is in the afternoon, I arrive in that city on the
morning of the big show,
When should I have the order delivered?
A:
We always recommend having the time to practice your presentation
fully. Our rates are designed so that an additional rental day will
not be a budget breaker, If you do not wish to travel with the
equipment, we ship via UPS for delivery
by 5pm local time the day before your
rental.
Q:
How much is shipping?
A:
Shipping to and from your designated location Monday thru Friday is
available using your UPS account or can be included with your rental
rate at a set fee depending on the projector selected. These rates
include the freight for destination and return with a standard
delivery time by 5:00pm the day before your rental to most areas
(depending on UPS delivery guidelines). Deliveries and return
pick-ups to/from residences, on weekends or same day (Dash) delivery
will incur
additional
charges. Call us for these rates. In most cases adding an additional
day to
your order is
more cost effective than a same day delivery, but emergencies do
happen!
Q:
My presentation is critical, how can I be assured that everything
will go according to plan?
A:
Plan ahead, place your order well in advance, have your delivery
made 24hrs prior to the
Presentation for practice and testing.

a second
rental package as a back-up.***
Q:
I do not want to carry the order with me when I travel, what can
you do?
A:
When placing your order, you can designate any delivery location
served
by UPS as long as you make
arrangements with that location for
acceptance of the delivery. Call us for
details.
Q:
My risk assessment department is concerned about damage
liability, our insurance will
not cover this, what can we do?
A:
You may purchase a full coverage (no deductible) insurance policy at
the time you place
the order for
a small additional charge. Insurance is required, if you
choose not to select our insurance we will need an insurance
certificate faxed to 336- 760-1820 prior to shipping of your order.

I have special needs for delivery or return, what can you do?
A:
We will be happy to make arrangements, just call us at
866-595-3368.
Q:
How do I know this projector will handle my presentation?
A:
We have selected the SONY LCD line just for this reason, one of the
models
offered will meet your
needs. For projector specifications just click on the projector
image
on the rental page. Keep in
mind the resolution needed, ambient room light levels and the image
size required
for the audience
size.
Q:
There is no projection screen at my clients location, what should
I do?
A:
In some cases, when color reproduction and contrast are not critical
issues
you could project on a
white/neutral colored wall or board, but for the best possible image
reproduction you can add a Draper portable screen option at the time
you place your order (good for small audience).
Q:
I have set up the projector, but it will not work! What do I do?
A:
Read the set up instructions enclosed with your order, check your
cables and connections,
make sure
your source computer is set up for an external monitor (usually the
FN key and the F5 or F8 key), or call support toll free at:
866-595-3368.
Q:
My presentation went great, but how do I return the equipment?
A:
Return materials are included with the order, return shipping paper
work, instructions, just keep all materials and packing sent with
the order and repack as received, attach the enclosed UPS label and
call the number supplied. If called before 6pm local time a pick up
will be made that day.
Q:
What if my order is damaged in shipping?
A:
Call support toll free at 866-595-3368 one of our support
personnel will
work with you to
expedite a replacement.
Q:
I am concerned about online orders, security and information
privacy,
what are your
solutions and policy for these?
A:
All orders are handled via our SSL server for maximum security. All
information given to Clark-Powell with your order will be held in
the strictest confidence, we do not share client information with
any outside entities.
